Art and Environment Overview


Art Style & Environmental Design:

The art style of this game will be a low-poly, 3D game, semi-reminiscent to the game Grim Fandango. 


The area the game will take place is a futuristic casino with a bar and security floor. The main color scheme will be either a matte or glossy black with bright trimmings similar to a piece of concept art from Mass Effect 3. This design gives the game a futuristic design while also being simple to create and apply to all three areas. While the architecture will most likely not be the same, it will definitely be similar, just to a lesser extent

The environment of the casino will be separated into three floors. The main floor at the bottom will be the main casino area with many different game machines and tables. The second floor will be a bar area that looks down over the first. The bar area will have a few bars and other tables for NPCs to gather around. The 3rd and final floor will be the security area. This area will have an office with different screens that players can interact with to check the other two regions as well as an area to look down at both floors.
